Bridging Innovation and Business Growth: A Platform for Swedish Industry Transformation

This project, supported by The Hamrin Foundation, connects academia and industry to equip Swedish companies with insights and tools for navigating technological and business transformation.

Swedish companies often face challenges in turning innovation into business growth. This project addresses this shortcoming in connecting academia and industry through a knowledge-sharing platform for innovation management and entrepreneurship. This initiative offers companies valuable insights into distinct areas of business and technological transformations such as servitization, digital platforms, AI for business, open innovation, business models, and ecosystems in rapidly changing industries by organizing seminars, lectures, and workshops. The goal is to stimulate reflection and forward thinking to equip industry professionals with the tools they need to drive transformation and stay competitive. The project brings together experts from leading national and international universities with leading practitioners within industry to instigate collaboration, innovation, and growth. By the end of the project, numerous business leaders, policymakers, and scholars, will have engaged with this forward-thinking concept, making a real impact on Swedish industry competitiveness. By bringing together diverse perspectives, the project seeks to help Swedish companies and leaders innovate and grow in a rapidly changing world.

"The Hamrin Foundation's vision to strengthen collaboration between business leaders and academic experts is truly inspiring. This initiative creates a platform where cutting-edge research can be directly applied for business transformation, which is exactly the kind of impact I aim to achieve through my research", says Professor Parida.
